Everything Everywhere All at Once is a 2022 American absurdist science fiction comedy-drama film written and directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert (collectively known as "Daniels"), who produced it with the Russo brothers. The plot centers on a Chinese American immigrant (played by Michelle Yeoh) who, while being audited by the IRS, discovers that she must connect with parallel universe versions of herself to prevent a powerful being from causing the destruction of the multiverse. Stephanie Hsu, Ke Huy Quan, Jenny Slate, Harry Shum Jr., James Hong, and Jamie Lee Curtis appear in supporting roles. The film has been described by The New York Times as a "swirl of genre anarchy" and incorporates elements of black comedy, science fiction, fantasy, martial arts films, and animation. Kwan and Scheinert had researched the concept of the multiverse as far back as 2010, and they began penning the screenplay by 2016.

Turning Red is a 2022 American computer-animated fantasy comedy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It was directed by Domee Shi in her feature directorial debut, written by Shi and Julia Cho, and produced by Lindsey Collins. It stars the voices of Rosalie Chiang, Sandra Oh, Ava Morse, Hyein Park, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Orion Lee, Wai Ching Ho, Tristan Allerick Chen, and James Hong. Set in Toronto, Ontario in 2002, Turning Red follows Meilin "Mei" Lee, a 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian student who, due to a hereditary curse, transforms into a giant red panda when she experiences any strong emotion. It is the first Pixar film solely directed by a woman. Inspired by Shi's experiences growing up in Toronto, the film began development in May 2018 after she pitched it to Pixar in October 2017; several Pixar animators were visited locations around Northern California gathering visual references. The design and animation were inspired by anime works. Ludwig Göransson composed the film's musical score with Billie Eilish and Finneas O'Connell performing original songs for the film. Special screenings of Turning Red took place in London at Everyman Borough Yards on February 21, 2022, and in Toronto at TIFF Bell Lightbox on March 8. It premiered at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles on March 1, and on March 11 was released on the Disney+ streaming service and at limited theaters. It was released theatrically in most countries without Disney+, grossing over $20 million. Despite being a box office bomb, it received generally positive reviews from critics.[4]

Gorr and his daughter, Love, the last of their race, struggle in a barren desert. Despite their prayers to their god, Rapu, Love dies. The god-killing Necrosword calls to Gorr, leading him to Rapu's lush realm. After Rapu cruelly mocks and dismisses Gorr's plight, he renounces the god, causing Rapu to strangle him. The Necrosword offers itself to Gorr, who kills Rapu with it and vows to kill all gods. Gorr is granted the ability to manipulate shadows and produce monsters but is cursed with impending death and corruption under the sword's influence. After Gorr kills several gods, Thor, who has joined the Guardians of the Galaxy, learns of a distress signal from Sif. He parts ways with the team and finds an injured Sif, who warns that Gorr's next target is New Asgard. Meanwhile, Dr. Jane Foster, Thor's ex-girlfriend, has been diagnosed with stage four terminal cancer.

In 1981, clown and aspiring stand-up comedian Arthur Fleck lives with and cares for his mother, Penny, in crime-ridden and economically stagnant Gotham City. Arthur suffers from a neurological disorder that causes him to laugh uncontrollably at inappropriate times, requiring medication, for which he depends on social services. After Arthur is attacked by juvenile delinquents, his co-worker Randall gives him a revolver for self-defense. Arthur pursues a relationship with his neighbor, single mother Sophie and invites her to see his stand-up routine at a comedy club. At a children's hospital, Arthur's revolver falls out of his pant leg onto the floor in full view of the children. Randall lies to their manager, stating the gun was Arthur's own and Arthur is subsequently fired. Depressed on the subway, still in clown makeup, Arthur suffers a laughing fit and is accosted by a group of three drunk businessmen, shooting two of them in self-defense and murdering the third as he attempts to flee. The killings are condemned by billionaire mayoral candidate Thomas Wayne, whom the men worked for, calling supporters of the killer "clowns." Protesters react by donning clown masks in Arthur's image. Budget cuts shut down the social service program, leaving Arthur without medication.

1871: Shamshera is a Khameran tribesman, who along with his people was oppressed by the people of Kaza because of caste and status discrimination. Due to this, Shamshera counterattacks and pillages the kingdom, which leads to Kaza, creating a fearful reputation against the Khamerans. The kings and the wealthy men of the empire seek the help of the British to drive away the Khameran tribe from their village forest. The British accept the deal in exchange for 5000 gold coins. The British attack the Khameran tribe, but Shamshera and the tribal people fight valiantly and the British flee. Shamshera receives a message that their tribe could live peacefully and regain their lost respect if they promised to stop plundering Kaza and move to a fortress outside the city premises. Shamshera and his men arrive at the forest where they realize that it is a trap led by Shudh Singh, and are captured where they are tortured mercilessly.

Sixteen years have passed since Rakesh Trivedi (Saif Ali Khan) and his wife Vimmi Saluja Trivedi (Rani Mukerji) retired from conning others with the brand "Bunty Aur Babli" for money, having been let go by DCP Dashrath Singh. A businessman named Chaddha (Neeraj Sood), as well as his rich affiliates, decide to invest money in a "party nation" by Chaddha's assistant and his friend. However, it soon turns out that Chaddha and his associates have been conned, and the culprits, revealed to be Kunal Singh (Siddhant Chaturvedi) and Sonia Rawat (Sharvari Wagh), decide to take on the pseudonym "Bunty Aur Babli", having heard stories of the original "Bunty Aur Babli" who were never caught, assuming that they would be able to escape from the clutches of the law, too.
